This Payment Policy explains how Homyis handles checkout, payment authorization, payment review, refunds, and payment-related support for orders placed on homyis.shop.

Accepted Payment Methods

Homyis accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Checkout is processed in USD through Shopify Payments or other secure payment services available at the time of purchase. Available payment methods may vary based on device, customer location, provider availability, and checkout settings.

Authorization and Capture

Payment may be authorized or captured when an order is placed, depending on the selected payment method and order status. Customers must provide accurate billing information that matches the payment method. Orders with incomplete billing information may be delayed or cancelled.

Payment Security

Payment information is handled by Shopify Payments or the payment provider shown at checkout. Homyis does not store full credit card numbers. Checkout security, fraud screening, and payment verification may be performed before an order is fulfilled.

Failed, Pending, or Reviewed Payments

If a payment fails, remains pending, is disputed, or is flagged for review, Homyis may hold the order until the issue is resolved. If payment cannot be confirmed, the order may be cancelled. Customers should contact their card issuer or payment provider for issues related to declined transactions.

Fraud Review

To protect customers and the store, certain orders may be reviewed for unusual activity, mismatched billing details, repeated failed attempts, or high-risk signals. Homyis may request additional information, cancel the order, or refund the payment if the order cannot be verified.

Refunds to Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method according to the Return & Refund Policy. After Homyis approves a refund, the payment provider, card issuer, or bank may require additional time to post the funds. Shipping, tax, or order adjustments are handled according to the final approved refund amount.
