Return & Refund Policy
Homyis wants customers to receive car wash towels and detailing cloths in clean, unused, and accurately described condition. This policy explains what can be returned, how to start a return, how refunds are processed, and what product condition is required.
Return Window and Eligible Products
Homyis accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery for defective and non-defective products. Product condition: new only. Items must be unused, unwashed, free of chemical residue, free of odors, and returned with original packaging and included components when possible.
Return Method, Label, and Fees
Return method: by mail. Return label: included in the package, free. Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Customers should package returned towels securely so the items remain clean and protected during transit.

Condition Notes for Microfiber Towels
Used towels, washed towels, towels with wax, polish, soap, oil, dirt, dye transfer, pet hair, odor, chemical residue, or damage caused by improper care may not qualify for a refund. Items returned without reasonable protective packaging may also be refused if they arrive in a condition that cannot be inspected as new.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email info@homyis.shop before mailing the product back. Include the order number, item name, a short description of the issue, photos of the item, and photos of the package if the shipping box or mailer was damaged. This helps us review whether the issue is related to shipping, fulfillment, or product condition.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email info@homyis.shop with the order number, customer name, item name, reason for return, and photos when applicable. Our team will review the request and provide instructions for mailing the item. Returns sent without order identification may take longer to process.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing time: 10 days after approval. The bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to the account.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Accept exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, the customer may return the eligible item and place a new order. Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, the return process applies.
