Homyis ships car wash towels, microfiber drying cloths, and detailing towel sets to customers within the United States. This policy explains how orders are processed, when packages are shipped, what delivery time to expect, and what to do if a shipment needs attention.
Shipping Cost and Checkout
Standard shipping is free standard shipping and is shown as 0 USD at checkout for eligible U.S. orders placed through homyis.shop. The order total shown at checkout is the amount charged for the product and any applicable tax shown during checkout.
Order Cut Off and Processing Days
Order cut off: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00. Orders submitted after this cut off are treated as received on the next processing day. Order handling and fulfillment are Monday-Saturday. Packages are shipped Monday-Saturday, excluding carrier holidays, severe weather interruptions, or service disruptions outside our control.
Handling and Transit Time
Handling normally takes 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard transit is generally 7-13 business days after shipment, so the total estimated delivery window is 8-16 business days. These estimates apply to standard U.S. delivery addresses and may vary by carrier route, regional volume, local weather, and address accuracy.
Tracking and Address Accuracy
Tracking information is sent when the carrier accepts the package. Customers should review the shipping address before submitting an order, including apartment, suite, unit, ZIP code, and recipient name. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed, returned, or marked undeliverable by the carrier.
Split Shipments and Package Condition
Some orders may ship in more than one package if items are fulfilled separately. Microfiber towel sets may arrive compressed or folded for shipping; this is normal and does not affect the product when cared for according to the product instructions. If packaging arrives damaged, keep the packaging and take clear photos before discarding it.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If tracking stops updating, a package appears lost, or an order arrives damaged, contact info@homyis.shop with the order number, tracking number, delivery address, and clear photos when relevant. Our support team will review the shipment record and help with the next available step. Support is available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET.
Restricted Addresses
We currently ship only where standard carrier service is available for the order. We may be unable to ship to certain restricted, incomplete, or unsupported addresses. If a carrier returns a package because the address cannot be delivered, support will review the order details with the customer.
